I managed to make it connect after trying multiple times. Maybe it only supports 2.4G wifi networks

Hello, Thanks for your question. Ensure that your phone is connected to 2.4g network and Bluetooth is turned. While trying to connect, ensure that the air fryer is close to your router for the time being then try it again. If issue persists, try to connect it with different smartphone and see if it makes any difference.
