Smart air fryer wifi connection problem

The smart air fryer isn't connecting to the wifi correctly, it keeps saying try to reconnect. I have Bluetooth and location on and I'm close to the air fryer as possible when connecting.

z4y95cxcph:

connect step:

  1. Turn on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your phone, and connect to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (not 5GHz).
  2. Tap on "Add Device" in the app to enter the device adding page.
  3. After the device is powered on, the Wi-Fi light will blink slowly. User should long-press the power button for 5 seconds to enter device pairing mode, during which the Wi-Fi indicator light will blink rapidly.
  4. Device can be added at two marked locations on the device addition page. The devices found at the top and the product list at the bottom shows the devices supported by the app.
  5. After finding the product, you can proceed with the device's Wi-Fi pairing function:

    1. For Android: Select Wi-Fi, enter the correct Wi-Fi password, tap on the connect button, and the device will enter pairing mode.
    2. For iOS: Automatically select the Wi-Fi network your phone is currently connected to, enter the correct Wi-Fi password, tap on the connect button, and the device will enter pairing mode.
  6. Once successfully connected, the app will display the "Connection successfully" page, and the Wi-Fi indicator light on the device will stay lit.

Even after following the connection steps above, the device still cannot be successfully connected. Could you please try again?

I’ve had the same problem and their answer to me was to try an android device. My whole family has iPhones so I still haven’t been able to connect it

cowboymac67: Sorry for the inconvenience, when was your last attempt? Can you try connecting again

Sorry for the inconvenience, we've recently discovered that some WiFi names are blocking device connections. Can you try changing your WiFi name?
