Ice Machine not producing any ice
Received yesterday my Ice Machine I puchased and its not producing any ice. Trouble shoot everything as instructed in the manual however nothings worked.

Thank you for your feedback, is there no response to operating the device alone? If the device does not work properly, contact customer service to replace the device.
