Inquires for the oven does work well but control commands do not work still

We are sorry to bring you a bad experience. Could you please tell me whether your Alexa uses English or Japanese to control the device?

Harper good day. I use english as my default languange in all my assistants from Alexa, Google and Siri. Hope that this concernnod mine be addressed. Thank you
I'm very sorry to have kept you waiting for so long. Currently, we have verified that our tests in English can successfully control devices in the Japanese region. Could you please try again?
A pleasant day to you Harper . Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately Alexa is only working on the status commands but when I tried the commands for pause, stop etc. It still does not work. Also I am really having a hard time trying to upgrade the unit. It seems it does not complete theipgradw process each time I try to upgrade it. Hope that my concerns are addressed.
