Hold temp defaults to 203.

I would like to be able to change the default hold temperature instead of defaulting to 203.

I have to change the hold temp every time I start my kettle. The hold temp always resets to 203 degrees F.

yes, the default holding temperature is the temperature at which you set the boiling water. You can also click Hold Temp to set the time and temperature to be held.
