Would be nice to integrate with MyFitnessPal and with Whoop.

Regarding MyFitnessPal, unfortunately, it does not currently provide public API access for third-party integrations, so we’re unable to support a direct connection at this time.
For Whoop, could you please clarify what type of integration you’re looking for? Are you looking to sync Whoop health data into our app, or sync nutrition data from our app to Whoop?
Currently, we support Apple Health and Health Connect integration. If MyFitnessPal or Whoop supports these health platforms, the supported data can be synced through them.
