Add Garmin support to get my steps and other things from the watch.

NutriScale already supports Garmin data through Apple Health on iOS and Health Connect on Android. If your Garmin device is syncing data such as steps, weight, and activity data to Apple Health or Health Connect, NutriScale can access the supported data from there.
Please make sure Garmin Connect is connected to Apple Health or Health Connect and that NutriScale has permission to access the corresponding health data.
